Full Job Description

Office Administrator

Todd's Services is growing and is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team in Indian River. If you enjoy keeping an office running smoothly, working with people, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $850–$900 per week

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
Process invoices and perform light bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Maintain office filing systems and records.
Order and track office supplies.
Respond to email and phone inquiries.
Assist with multiple administrative projects and general office support.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, travel arrangements, and other office logistics.

Qualifications

Previous office administration or administrative assistant experience preferred, or equivalent skills and experience.
Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and solve problems effectively.
Detail-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
