Mold Maintenance Tech ($17.00/hr. + Shift Differential)
- 3rd Shift: Will discuss hours
- The Mold Maintenance Tech is responsible for following the work order instructions to properly clean tooling, apply mold release to tooling, repair tooling, and refinish tooling.
Operator ($17.50/hr.)
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday (Will train on 1st)
- Hours: 4:00 PM- 2:00 AM
- The Operator prepares for the molding process by following the work order instructions and prepares the machine for injection, evaluates the injection process, and removes the molded product.
Finish/Repair ($19.00/hr.)
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM
- The Finish/Repair will be responsible for following the work order instructions to spot quality issues, correct quality issues, assemble the parts, and buff the product prior to being sent for inspection.
Grinder ($19.50/hr.)
- 2nd Shift: Will discuss hours
- The Grinder is responsible for ensuring all freshly molded parts are prepped and ready for the next step in the products process. The Grinder grinds down freshly molded products until smooth, removes excess fiberglass, trims the product if specified in Work Order Instructions, and preps the part for the next step in the Work Order Instructions.
