Full Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chimney Installer to join our installation and production team in Connecticut.

This is NOT a sales position. Our technicians handle inspections, estimates, and sales. Your responsibility is to complete approved and scheduled chimney projects professionally and efficiently.

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on chimney experience who can perform jobs such as:

Stainless steel chimney liner installation Smoke chamber parging and repair Chimney rebuilds and masonry repairs Crown repair and replacement Tuckpointing and brick replacement Chimney flashing repairs Chimney cap and top damper installation Furnace and flue connections Chimney waterproofing Firebox and mortar repairs Other chimney installation and repair work

Responsibilities:

Travel to scheduled customer locations throughout Connecticut Complete jobs that have already been sold and approved Perform professional, clean, high-quality installations and repairs Work safely on roofs, ladders, and around chimney systems Properly use company-provided tools and equipment Communicate with the office regarding job progress and completion Keep the work area and customer’s property clean Follow company installation and safety standards

Requirements:

Previous hands-on chimney installation/repair experience strongly preferred Experience installing stainless steel chimney liners is highly preferred Masonry experience preferred Comfortable working on roofs and ladders Valid driver’s license Reliable and responsible Strong work ethic Ability to perform physical construction work Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$23–$30 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Full-time position.

Tools and equipment provided.

We have consistent work and are looking for someone who wants a long-term position with the company.
