Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals through a variety of services, from facials to advanced laser treatments. Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to meet client needs.
Conduct laser hair removal, esthetic laser treatments, and microdermabrasion procedures with precision and safety.
Provide waxing services such as body waxing and hair threading to ensure smooth, flawless results.
Deliver eyelash extensions, tinting services, makeup application, and other aesthetic enhancements to elevate client satisfaction.
Maintain strict sanitation procedures and uphold health standards during all treatments to ensure client safety.
Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their concerns, and recommending suitable skincare solutions or products.
Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions.
Promote retail sales of skincare products by educating clients on their benefits and proper usage.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in skincare, waxing, laser treatments, and makeup application.
Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for efficient appointment booking and client management.
Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols for all aesthetic treatments.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
Experience performing advanced treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, and skin tightening procedures is highly desirable.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve technical skills related to esthetic laser treatment and other aesthetic therapies.
