On-Site Manager - Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania

At Clara, we are recruiting for an On-Site Manager to work with a leading staffing solutions provider in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. This role is essential for leading and optimizing on-site staffing operations for a high-volume client, serving as the primary liaison and operational manager within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

Requires flexibility to manage operations across multiple shifts, including potential overnight coverage.

Pay Rates

57000.00 USD yearly

Must-have Requirements for On-Site Manager

Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in staffing, account management, or large-site operations management.
Hold legal authorization to work in the United States.
Demonstrate proven experience in managing large-scale client accounts within the staffing industry.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Desirable Requirements for On-Site Manager

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workforce management applications proficiently for daily operations and reporting.
Leverage Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) for communication, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
Implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet high-volume staffing demands across multiple shifts.
Manage and oversee timekeeping, payroll processing, and client invoicing procedures accurately.
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client contacts through consistent communication and service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of On-Site Supervisors, establishing clear expectations and ensuring accountability for performance.
Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when navigating changing priorities and client needs in a dynamic environment.
Exercise strong decision-making capabilities and prioritize tasks effectively with a consistent sense of urgency.
Proactively identify and resolve workforce and client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Role for On-Site Manager

Oversee daily on-site staffing operations to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client to address operational needs.
Manage and mentor a team of supervisors to ensure performance targets are met.
Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling across multiple shifts to meet high-volume demands.
Maintain accurate documentation for payroll, timekeeping, and client invoicing.
