Great opportunity to join a well-respected, established, fast-growing, team-oriented, manufacturing company.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the production scheduling process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Lead and manage production coordinators.
Oversee multi-site capacity planning to support customer order fulfillment.
Coordinate and communicate schedule changes/delays to all affected stakeholders.
Identify bottlenecks to schedule attainment (materials/personnel/equipment) and communicate resolutions to appropriate team(s).
Proactively engage in long-term capacity planning activities based on sales forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, and sales to align production plans with business objectives.
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle for effective planning and scheduling.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Analyze demand planning data to forecast future production needs accurately.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
Prepare reports on production performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications

At least three to five years of experience in a related management role.
Proven experience in supply chain management, production planning, or related fields within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP and Oracle, as well as MRP systems.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for forecasting purposes.
Familiarity with inventory management and control processes.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams across the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
