Full Job Description

We’re hiring candidates with real water and fire mitigation estimating and project coordination experience: insurance claims workflow, mitigation file management, Xactimate estimating, documentation compliance, and customer communication. If you’ve worked inside a restoration company and understand how insurance-driven projects move from inspection to invoice, you’ll fit right in.

Rainbow Restoration is a trusted leader in property damage restoration with a disciplined, no-shortcuts approach. This role is critical to protecting gross profit by ensuring every job file is organized, accurately estimated, documented, and progressing efficiently.

Salary Range - $55,000 - $85,000 + Performance Bonus

Compensation is based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Top performers can earn $75,000–$90,000+

Qualifications
Must-Haves:

· Live within commuting distance of Alsip, IL

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in estimating, and restoration coordination, or project management.

· Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration workflow

· Xactimate estimating proficiency

· Ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously with organization, urgency, and accuracy

· Willing to participate in a predictable on-call rotation 1 week/month

· Candidates with experience in restoration coordination, mitigation project management, insurance claim handling, estimating, Xactimate, or program work are encouraged to apply. Strong backgrounds include roles such as Estimator, Project Manager, Mitigation Project Manager, Production Manager, Restoration Coordinator, Claims Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Office Manager within a restoration company.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

· Manage assigned projects from inspection handoff through final billing

· Coordinate scheduling of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors

· Prepare estimates, revisions, and supplements based on documented scope

· Monitor job progress and escalate issues impacting timeline or profitability

· Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams to drive job completion

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
