Full Job Description

As a Denture Technician, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and repairing Dentures, Partials and Mouth-guards . You will work closely with our team of dental professionals to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our dental lab. You must have experience in Setting Teeth, Bending Wire and all other aspects of Removable Prosthetics.

Fabricate, modify, and repair dental prosthetics, including Dentures, Partials and Mouth-Guards.
Follow detailed instructions, work orders, and dental prescriptions to meet the specific requirements of each case.
Operate and maintain dental lab equipment and instruments in a safe and efficient manner.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of dental appliances.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sterilization and infection control protocols.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Dental Technician, in a dental lab setting.
Proficiency in fabricating and repairing dental prosthetics using different materials (e.g. Acrylics, Metal Partials, 3D Printed Denture Material/CADCAM).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Familiarity with dental lab equipment and instruments.
Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate and work at our dental lab facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or degree in Dental Technology or related field.
Experience with CAD/CAM systems and digital dentistry.
Knowledge of Dental Implants and Implant-supported prosthetics.
Familiarity with dental lab software for case management.
