Overview

Up to $125,000 in sign on bonus, Up to $100,000 student loan repayment (plus $85,000 in sign on), and qualifies for $300,000 in state loan repayment programs!

Medical Group - North State is a premier 60+ provider multi-specialty group in Northern California. We are aligned with the largest hospital provider in California. We are recruiting an additional OB/GYN who would develop a full scope practice in Red Bluff and Corning, CA.

Compensation:

Base: $350,000 - $360,000 / year (Plus call pay)
Productivity Incentive: wRVU's above the 75th percentile
Relocation: $20,000
PLUS Signing Incentive of either :
- up to $125,000 Sign-On Bonus
- OR
- up to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus AND up to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment

Responsibilities

Patient Care:

Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Provide clear and concise medical information.
Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

Diagnostic Procedures:

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
Perform procedures as needed
Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.

Compliance:

Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
Participate in ongoing medical education and training.

Qualifications

A valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
