Full Job Description

Duties:

Function as point of contact for 700 Members of an organization on the phone and in person;
Provide efficient support to Organization's Officers: assist in daily office needs and general administrative activities;
Prepare communications to Members such as bulk mailing and other correspondence, scheduling and communicating member meetings and events;
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to maintain membership dues, work history and personal information. Data entry is required.
Post dues receipts daily, balance and prepare reports weekly , matching to bank deposits and record summary to accounting;
Receipt in contractor payments for hourly dues and member hours worked;
Monthly, close out dues activity and prepare reports to send to National Office, Regional Council, and Auditors

Skills:

Minimum High School Diploma
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Word and Excel
Knowledge of SAGE accounting software preferred
Strong and effective communication skills
Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and teamwork in daily performance
Positive, reliable and eager to learn new responsibilities
Maintain organization and priority of work in active and busy surroundings

Job Type: Full-time
