Centralized BDC Manager

Braden Automotive Group

Chillicothe, Ohio (In-Person Position)

$70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Braden Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Centralized Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead our multi-rooftop customer engagement and appointment-setting operation.This is not a position for someone learning BDC management. We are looking for a proven automotive BDC leader with a demonstrated track record of increasing appointment volume, maximizing show rates, coaching high-performing teams, and driving measurable revenue growth.

What You'll Do

As our Centralized BDC Manager, you will have:

Operational responsibility for a centralized BDC supporting multiple dealerships
Leadership and development of an elite team of 8-12 BDC representatives
Ownership of appointment-setting performance across both sales and service departments
Responsibility for appointment volume, show rates, sold rates, service retention, and revenue impact
Oversight of CRM (VinSolutions) processes, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
Development and implementation of call strategies, scripts, training programs, and performance standards
Daily monitoring and management of KPIs, productivity metrics, and conversion rates
Recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and holding team members accountable
Collaboration with dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to appointment arrival

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Automotive BDC management experience is required
Proven success managing sales and/or service BDC operations
Strong history of improving appointment show rates and customer engagement
Experience managing multiple departments, stores, or rooftops preferred
Expertise in CRM systems, lead management, and performance reporting
Exceptional coaching, leadership, and team-building abilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Results-driven mindset with a passion for accountability and continuous improvement
