Overview

Krista Computers is a well established IT support company located in Chippewa Falls. We specialize in providing IT support for a variety of businesses in Wisconsin and Minnesota. We are looking for an organized, friendly Office Assistant to join our team. This position will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and phone calls. The ideal candidate should take pride in staying organized and enjoy helping people solve problems.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and relay messages accurately
Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as spreadsheets and word processing tools to maintain accurate records
Handle front desk duties including filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and organizing office supplies
Assist with office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars
Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions and providing information professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional atmosphere at all times

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data management
Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency to navigate various office management software including QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Excellent phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, however not required, to serve diverse client needs effectively
Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and administrative support tasks
Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus for handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
