Full-Time Office & Operations Coordinator

Lake Country Door is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a key position within our company. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, scheduling service calls, monitoring emails, and helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule service calls and appointments
Coordinate schedules with service technicians
Monitor and respond to customer emails
Communicate with customers regarding appointments, service, and questions
Enter and maintain customer and job information
Help keep daily operations organized and on schedule
Use Microsoft Office Suite for basic office tasks and record keeping
Use Google Drive and Google Workspace to organize and share information
Use House Call Pro for field service management
Assist with general office and administrative duties
Parts/Material ordering
Quoting support
Help provide an excellent customer experience from the first phone call through completion of service

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Reliable and dependable
Friendly and professional with customers
Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and prioritize
Comfortable working on a computer
Experienced with Microsoft Excel
Comfortable using Google Drive / Google Workspace
A quick learner who is willing to learn our systems and processes
Able to work independently while also being part of a team

Experience That Is a Plus

Previous experience in any of the following is preferred:

Office administration
Customer service
Scheduling
Dispatching
Service-industry coordination
Construction or home-service businesses

Industry experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
