Full Job Description

The Solomon Organization is seeking an upbeat and motivated individual for a FULL TIME Resident Account Coordinator position for Pebble Creek Apartments in Roanoke, VA!

The Resident Account Coordinator helps maintain the financial part of the property. They should have a keen eye for detail when it comes to accounting and clerical tasks. They should have strong time management skills and have the ability to follow and meet deadlines. and must possess very strong collections / delinquency / leasing experience and a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES(including, but not limited to):

FINANCIAL:

Handle recordkeeping and reporting responsibilities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ensure timely rent collections
Handle late notice and evictions as required on delinquent rent

OPERATIONAL:

Oversee and participate in touring prospects and leasing apartments
Oversee customer service and resident relations
Assist with oversight and processing of maintenance work orders, apartment move-ins, move-outs, turnovers, and renewals
Marketing/Sales/Leasing/Customer Service
Assist with Resident Renewals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1 year of apartment management experience
Very strong collections / delinquency / leasing experience
Ability to quickly develop rapport with residents and staff·
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills·

REQUIRED:

1 years of relevant work experience including strong customer service skills, direct sales or leasing experience preferred
Strong computer and internet skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
