We're looking for a passionate, client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join Empire Aesthetics in East Syracuse, NY. About the Role:
As a Licensed Aesthetician, you'll provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on achieving their skincare goals, and create personalized experiences that keep clients coming back. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, grow your clientele, and contribute to the continued success of Empire Aesthetics through outstanding service, education, and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
- Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's unique skin concerns and goals.
- Provide aesthetic services within New York State scope of practice, including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, hydrodermabrasion, laser hair reduction, waxing, and other approved treatments.
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans and homecare recommendations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, preventative skin health, and professional product recommendations.
- Build meaningful client relationships that encourage retention and rebooking.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards.
- Participate in continuing education to stay current on industry trends, products, ingredients, and treatment techniques.
- Support a positive, collaborative team environment while contributing to the continued growth of Empire Aesthetics.

The ideal candidate has a passion for skincare, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and understands that exceptional service, consistency, and education are the foundation of a successful aesthetics career.
Demonstrated success in building, retaining, and growing a loyal clientele is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to continue growing their client base while contributing to the long-term success of Empire Aesthetics.
Schedule:
We offer a flexible scheduled, but we're primarily looking for someone who is available to work evenings and weekends to best meet our clients' scheduling needs. Additional weekday daytime availability is a plus.
Compensation:
- 35% commission on services performed
- 25% commission on retail product sales
This is a commission-based position. Your earnings are based on the services you provide and retail products you sell. There is no predetermined minimum or maximum earning potential:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- aesthetics or esthetics: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- New York State Esthetics License (Required)
