Radenso Labs is an engineering-first company building advanced sensing technologies for commercial and defense applications. Our team develops RF, embedded, AI, FPGA, and edge computing solutions that move from concept to deployment at startup speed.
We’re a low-ego, collaborative team of curious problem-solvers, passionate about building well-crafted, innovative products. As an engineering-driven, product-focused company, we work across a wide range of technical challenges—spanning RF, DSP, and automotive electronics—from high-performance engineering tools to consumer products found in brick-and-mortar stores. Our engineering team works across both our direct-to-consumer product portfolio and our growing defense programs. We are currently executing an actively funded defense contract, and our engineers are fully engaged with a robust development pipeline.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Chief Technology Officer who can lead our engineering organization through its next phase while remaining deeply engaged in the technology itself. We're looking for a technical leader who enjoys building products, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and helping grow a world-class engineering organization.
You'll lead a growing engineering organization of eight full-time engineers, supported by a highly technical Program Manager and Project Manager, while helping shape how the team evolves as the company continues to grow. As CTO, you'll provide the technical vision, organizational leadership, and engineering discipline needed to scale the company while remaining close to the products and the people building them.
You'll work directly with company leadership to shape our technology roadmap, evaluate new opportunities, and ensure our engineering efforts align with both commercial and defense objectives.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Enjoy building organizations as much as building technology.
- Believe the best ideas win, regardless of title.
- Love solving difficult technical problems alongside your team.
- Can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
- Want to help shape both the products we build and the culture we create.
This is a meaningful opportunity to join a growing company in a pivotal role. If you’re looking to work with smart, kind people on challenging, high-impact projects—we’d love to hear from you.
