Job OverviewWe are looking to hire and train dynamic, compassionate Student Navigators to partner with identified high schools and connect with students as part of our Personalized Learning initiative. This role requires individuals who can inspire and guide young people through career-connected learning and personal development to help them thrive.
Building Meaningful Connections: Engage with students to create a safe, trusting relationship that fosters open communication and growth.Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing coaching, providing students with the tools and strategies to navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with school staff, counselors, and fellow navigators within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework. Utilize Student Success Action Plans to develop and implement individualized support, ensuring progress is tracked and unique needs are met.Fostering Growth: Encourage and support students in setting and achieving personal goals, helping them evolve academically, socially, and emotionally.Inspiring Leadership: Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and leadership in every interaction.
SEL and Executive Functioning: Incorporate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Executive Functioning skills into student support plans to help them build resilience, self-regulation, and organizational strategies.
Data Collection and Documentation: Maintain accurate, consistent records of student interactions and progress using our central tracking system to monitor impact, report progress, and ensure program fidelity.
Family & Community Engagement: Facilitate consistent communication with families and stakeholders, including leading quarterly parent meetings, to ensure a holistic and supportive network for each student.

Student Workforce Development Support
- Career Development Coaches: Provide individualized career plans, project-based exploration, and "Leave to Learn" employer site visits.
- Career Readiness Assessments: Facilitate pre- and post-assessments to track student baseline and growth.
- Soft Skills & SEL Development: Integrate focused coaching to build social-emotional and executive functioning competencies essential for long-term career success.
