Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to help with daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and communication skills, with experience in office. This role involves managing schedules, vendor relationships, and team development to support the overall efficiency of our organization. This will play a key role in maintaining an organized, professional environment that fosters productivity and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and multi-line phone systems
Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives
Maintain filing systems, records management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Manage human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Ensure effective communication within the team through phone etiquette and clear correspondence

Requirements

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette
Office experience in clerical or administrative roles experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
