The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As our Direct-To-Consumer/TikTok Shop Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy and execution for our DTC channels, with a primary focus on maximizing our presence and sales on Native’s DTC site TikTok Shop. You will be a key driver of our commercial success, translating brand vision into tangible revenue through innovative strategies and meticulous execution. This role will report directly to the Native DTC Director.

What You'll Do:

Brand Building & Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for DTC and TikTok Shop, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and brand identity.
- Translate brand vision into engaging content and experiences across all DTC touchpoints
- Identify and capitalize on TikTok growth opportunities, including participation in promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seller programs, always with a focus on brand integrity and messaging.
- Stay ahead of TikTok and social commerce trends, bringing innovative ideas to the table to maintain cultural relevance and brand leadership.
Affiliate & Creator Program Management:
- Recruit, retain, and manage a robust network of affiliate creators, developing tier structures, commission models, and brand-aligned content guidelines.
- Oversee creator relationships, providing briefs, reviewing content, and ensuring strong brand-creator fit and consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate creator-led LIVE commerce sessions and manage creator content for repurpose across other channels, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Platform Operations & Optimization:
- Manage product listings, optimize content for sales, and improve merchandising through bundles, coupons, and promotions, always with a brand-centric approach to presentation and messaging.
- Ensure platform compliance and optimal performance by monitoring daily shop health metrics
- Work directly with TikTok representatives and platform partners to unlock new initiatives, media programs, and affiliate strategies, focusing on opportunities that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat purchases, fostering brand loyalty.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, marketing KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, providing data-backed insights to shape brand strategy and optimize brand performance.
- Conduct competitive research and implement data-driven strategies to enhance shop performance and strengthen brand positioning.
- Build clean reporting across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.
- Forecast revenue, spend, inventory signals, and launch needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, Marketing, Creative, Influencer, PR, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and consistent brand experience across all channels.
- Partner with media buying and creative teams to align shop operations with advertising campaigns, ensuring brand messaging is cohesive and impactful.
- Manage agency relationships, holding them accountable to performance and content quality standards that reflect the brand.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and champion the brand vision.
A passion for Beauty and Personal Care Brands, eCommerce, and emerging social commerce trends, with a keen eye for brand innovation and cultural relevance.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in DTC, e-commerce, or digital growth, with a proven track record of driving revenue and building strong brands.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop ecosystem.
Experience with Meta paid social and email/SMS lifecycle marketing, with a focus on brand consistency and customer journey.
Proven ability to manage creator and affiliate programs, including recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimization, with an emphasis on brand alignment and authentic partnerships.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in sales and analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Seller Center & Affiliate Center).

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including key marketing levers and strategies that influence performance and drive sales, with a focus on brand storytelling and engagement. Direct ownership and demonstrated success in scaling TikTok Shop GMV, with a clear understanding of how to leverage the platform for brand building.
Strong Shopify operating experience.
Experience with AI-powered tools for marketing and analytics.
Active or former personal creator experience on TikTok or Meta, demonstrating an understanding of creator-led brand building.
Commercial instincts and exposure to P&L work.
Strongly preferred: ability to work 4-5 days per week out of our Cincinnati, OH office. Candidates located outside of 50 miles of Cincinnati, OH can be considered if relocation is not feasible.
