Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) – Wellness Clinic | Medical Spa | Integrative Medicine

Location: 11123 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249

Pay: $50 – $70 per hour + Weekly Bonus/Incentives + Commission

Our clinic offers a luxury environment where patients receive cutting-edge aesthetic treatments alongside hormone optimization, IV therapy, and peptide-based weight loss programs.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is an artist in the MedSpa space and a leader in wellness. If you are an expert injector who also understands the clinical power of GLP-1s and IV nutrition, you belong on our team.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

Perform expert-level cosmetic injections, including Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and Dermal Fillers
Manage and prescribe Peptide Therapy programs, specifically GLP-1 (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide) for medical weight loss and optimization
Administer and oversee customized IV Nutrient Therapy protocols to enhance skin health and systemic wellness
Conduct comprehensive facial and wellness assessments to develop long-term "inside-out" beauty blueprints
Administer advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, including Microneedling (PRP/PRF), Chemical Peels, and Laser therapies
Integrate aesthetic results with metabolic health, ensuring patients look and feel their best
Provide elite-level patient education on skincare, peptide benefits, and preventative aging
Maintain a high level of clinical safety, including complication management and sterile technique
Drive clinic growth by building deep patient rapport and maintaining high retention

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required
Current Ohio NP License and Board Certification required
2+ years of hands-on experience in a high-volume MedSpa or Aesthetic setting required
Advanced mastery in Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers is essential
Direct experience with IV Therapy and the clinical management of GLP-1/Peptide protocols
An artistic eye for facial symmetry and a commitment to natural-looking outcomes
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a "concierge-level" approach to patient service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and luxury-focused clinical environment
