We are a growing New Jersey-based title company handling residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to lenders, attorneys, realtors, and clients.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to manage real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate will be familiar with title processing procedures in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and capable of managing multiple files in a fast-paced environment. Candidates holding a Pennsylvania Title Insurance Producer License are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Open new title orders and review contracts
Order and review title searches, tax searches, surveys, and payoff statements
Clear title requirements and resolve title issues
Prepare title commitments, closing disclosures, settlement statements, and final title policies
Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and clients
Ensure compliance with New Jersey and Pennsylvania real estate and title regulations
Schedule and support closings
Maintain accurate file documentation and meet deadlines

Qualifications

2+ years of title processing experience preferred
Experience handling New Jersey transactions required; Pennsylvania experience strongly preferred
Pennsylvania Title Insurance Producer License preferred
Strong understanding of title insurance, underwriting guidelines, and real estate closing procedures
Familiarity with title software systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
