Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. In this role, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain a smooth workflow. If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and experience managing in fast-paced settings, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high standards.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Supervise kitchen staff by providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
Handle shift management, including scheduling staff and ensuring smooth service during busy hours.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless customer service and address any guest concerns related to food quality or presentation.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and food production planning to optimize operational efficiency.

Experience

Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for inventory and sales tracking.
Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, and leading training initiatives.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles preferred.
