Full Job Description

Job Description: **$6,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Available**

**Relocation Stiped Available**

Full time Occupational Therapist position available at our Clarion location, but may work in Belmond on occasion as needed.

Must have a current unrestricted license in Iowa.

Must have BLS, be eligible to work in the United States and have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, physicians and staff.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include care of outpatients, inpatient orthopedics, inpatient acute care, and home health.

Knowledge and interest in pediatrics, lymphedema and splinting is a plus. Hours are 8-4:30 Monday thru Friday, but are flexible.

Rotating weekends, Works with a team of 22, consisting of physical therapists, Occupational Therapists, assistants and Speech pathologists

I feel all around a sense of purpose with working at ISH. Administration supports the type of healthcare I’d like to provide to patients, with putting them as most important, and not making me practice like I am just seeing numbers and making the organization money. With ISH I was able to go from starting in the clinic doing phlebotomy to currently a nurse practitioner. ISH and my co-workers have supported me in every step of the way by allowing flexible scheduling to continue working as I needed, to get through school. Due to my employment, I was eligible for the Iowa Hospital Association scholarship during my ADN level classes to have financial help with school. – Fawn R. (Webster City Clinic)
