As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant with strong office experience and a drive to excel in everything they do. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations across administrative, logistics, and occasional warehouse support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate and book transportation shipments, including LTL freight and UPS
Manage high volumes of email communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain organized records and documentation
Assist with inventory coordination and occasional warehouse-related tasks as needed
Provide general administrative support to the team and management
Ensure timely follow-up on orders, shipments, and customer inquiries

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with shipping/logistics (LTL, UPS) is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in various areas, including the warehouse when necessary
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
