Full Job Description

Within the framework of the objectives and policies established by the Center, plans and coordinates nursing services with those of the medical and administrative systems. Participates as a member of the Health Center's management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making as outlined by the Chief Medical Director and Chief Executive Director with particular reference to the role, functions, and operations of nursing services. Ensures that established nursing care standards are met. Coordinates personnel and budgets with Nurse Supervisors and gives final approval before submission. Maintains standards of care for testing of nursing personnel, develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality patient care. Perform a range of duties including maintaining department budgets, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes. The ideal candidate for this position has proven experience in a nursing leadership role, outstanding organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of healthcare industry policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
