Birmingham, MI |Medical Spa Lead Sales & Marketing Manager

eeking an experienced Medical Spa Lead Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our Birmingham location. This is a leadership role for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of increasing sales, growing revenue, and developing a loyal client base within a medical spa or aesthetic practice.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about aesthetics, and has strong leadership, sales, and marketing experience. This individual will think like an owner, lead by example, and ensure no sales opportunities are missed.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate the front office and sales team.
Convert consultations into booked treatments and memberships.
Develop and implement local marketing and business growth strategies.
Build relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
Work closely with physicians and providers to maximize treatment schedules.
Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
Train team members on sales techniques, customer service, and client retention.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of management experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice (required).
Proven history of increasing sales, revenue, and business growth.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent consultation, closing, and customer service abilities.
Experience with social media marketing, promotions, and client acquisition.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.

Compensation: Competitive pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives based on experience and results with full benefits.
