Full Job Description

Job Title: JSOX Coordinator

Department: Accounting

Reports To: Finance Manager / General Manager-Finance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned

· Effectively fulfills the duties assigned on the Department Job Assignment Sheet

· J-SOX (schedule internal audits, maintain and update audit templates, maintain RCM modifications & coordinate with external auditors)

· Update any changes provided for Policies & Procedures

· J-SOX reporting as needed at monthly Management Review meeting

· Reconcile Inventory monthly

· Inventory Participation – Quarterly (as assigned)

· Complete Monthly Account Reconciliations

· Notify TRAD NA of Monthend dates & reminder of Operational Monthend Checklist

· Reclass journal entries

· Balance Sheet Reconciliation and financial month end check list

· Maintain Monthly Updates & Summary for Prepaid Projects

· Collect “Prepaid” customer data and combine into specific projects

· Attend R-3 meetings with summary information regarding profit/loss on project discussed. Also, gather any additional information. (Especially who owns the tooling, SOP date, etc.)

· Understands and follows the ISO 14001 Environmental System

· Understands and follows the ISO IATF / 16949 Quality Management System

· Understands and follows the Safety Management System

Understand and comply with TRAD J-SOX finance and Business Planning System

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or concentration in Accounting from a four-year college or university; or a two-year associate degree or equivalent combined with two plus years audit related experience.
