What You'll Do
As a Pool Cleaner Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning every aspect of professional pool service. As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to advance into running your own service route and taking on greater responsibilities with more pay.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting with cleaning and maintaining residential swimming pools
- Testing and balancing pool water chemistry
- Brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and emptying baskets
- Assisting with filter cleanings and preventative maintenance
- Learning how to identify pool equipment issues
- Keeping company vehicles and equipment clean and organized
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
What We're Looking For

Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in the Texas heat and cold
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and improve every day
