You'll help make sure products are accurately measured, documented, quality checked, and fully prepared before they reach the photo and video studio.
You'll also play an important role in the pre-production process by helping get clothing ready for upcoming e-commerce and lifestyle shoots, including organizing, steaming, racking, tracking, and staging products for the creative team.
You'll work closely with our Merchandising Team, Studio Coordinator & Content Creator, and Photo + Video Stylist to make sure every product is accounted for, properly documented, and ready for camera.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Measurement + Documentation
- Measure incoming apparel samples and accurately record key product specifications.
- Document product details including measurements, fabrication, sizing, color, country of origin, and notable features.
- Create and maintain accurate product measurement records and tech pack information.
- Compare samples against vendor information, images, and expected product specifications.
- Take consistent reference photos of products when needed and maintain organized product documentation.
- Help maintain product setup files with accurate sizing, color, pricing, and product attribute information.
- Flag discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate merchandising or production team members.
Quality Control + Sample Management
- Receive, track, and organize incoming pre-production, capsule, and Top of Production samples.
- Conduct quality checks for sizing, measurements, color, construction, and overall product condition.
- Compare approved samples against final specifications to identify potential quality issues.
- Track samples throughout the review, approval, shoot, and return process.
- Monitor product status and alert the team to missing samples, delays, quality concerns, or other issues that could impact production or shoot schedules.
- Help coordinate sample shipments and returns as needed.
- Maintain an organized sample inventory so products can be quickly located and moved through the production process.
Photoshoot Prep
- Organize products by shoot, collection, capsule, or shot list.
- Steam, rack, fold, hang, and stage clothing so it is clean, organized, and camera-ready.
- Remove packaging, tags, stuffing, or other materials as appropriate before products reach the set.
- Check products for wrinkles, damage, missing pieces, or other issues that need to be addressed before a shoot.
- Partner with the Studio Coordinator and Photo + Video Stylist to make sure all requested products are pulled, accounted for, and ready ahead of each shoot.
- Help prepare accessories, styling pieces, and other shoot materials as needed.
- Assist with resetting and organizing products after shoots so samples remain easy to track.
Studio Support
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient studio and product preparation area.
- Assist with clothing racks, product movement, sample storage, and general studio organization.
- Support the creative team with product pulls and other studio needs before and during shoots.
- Help receive and unpack incoming products and samples.
- Assist with special projects, inventory organization, and other hands-on studio needs as they arise.
Desired Qualifications:

- Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple products, samples, and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable working hands-on with clothing and preparing products for photoshoots.
- Able to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and product discrepancies.
- Collaborative and comfortable working closely with merchandising, creative, and studio teams.
