- Takes pride in craftsmanship.

- Wants a long-term career with a professional construction company.
Quality Matters
Our hardscape and masonry work is a major visual component of every project we build.
The quality of the cuts, joints, elevations, stonework, coping, steps, walls, and transitions can determine whether a finished project looks average or exceptional.
For that reason, we are looking for someone who understands that craftsmanship matters at every stage of construction — including the work that will eventually be buried and never seen.
Proper excavation, base preparation, compaction, drainage, reinforcement, layout, and installation are just as important as the appearance of the finished surface.
Working Environment
This is an active construction position.
Employees should expect to:
- Work outdoors throughout the year.
- Work around active excavation and construction equipment.
- Lift and carry heavy construction materials.
- Kneel, bend, climb, and work from various positions throughout the day.
- Work around dust, mud, concrete, masonry products, and changing site conditions.
