What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Front Office Operations
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from check-in through checkout.
- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional, and memorable first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, incoming calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure the spa environment remains organized, welcoming, and client-focused.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage future appointments.
Membership & Treatment Sales
- Educate clients on treatment options, memberships, wellness programs, and service packages.
- Confidently present pricing, membership benefits, and package options.
- Help clients understand the long-term value of treatment plans and wellness programs.
- Generate membership enrollments and package sales.
- Support monthly sales goals and client retention initiatives.
- Follow up with leads and consultation inquiries to improve conversion rates.
- Build strong client relationships that encourage loyalty and referrals.
Business Development & Community Outreach
- Represent Secrets Aesthetics at networking events, community functions, health fairs, and local business events.
- Develop referral relationships with local businesses and community partners.
- Help coordinate client appreciation events, open houses, educational seminars, and promotional events.
- Generate excitement and awareness for the Secrets Aesthetics brand throughout the Orlando community.
- Assist with bringing qualified new clients into the practice through relationship-building and outreach efforts.
Marketing & Social Media
- Assist with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email marketing, and text marketing campaigns.
- Capture photos and videos for social media content.
- Promote specials, memberships, events, and new treatments.
- Help increase client engagement and brand awareness.
- Participate in content creation and marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Team & Clinical Support
- Assist with preparing treatment rooms between clients.
- Support providers and leadership with daily operations and special projects.
- Stay knowledgeable about treatments, products, technologies, and wellness services offered by the practice.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

- Experienced with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a Medical Spa, Aesthetics Practice, Plastic Surgery Office, Dermatology Practice, Wellness Center, Luxury Hospitality Environment, or related field.
- Experience with membership sales, package sales, retail sales, or client retention programs.
- Experienced in creating social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and wellness treatments.
- Experience coordinating events, networking, or business development activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
$45,000 - $48,000 annually, depending on experience.
