Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional painting and drywall experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle (required for the first year)
- Own hand tools and basic equipment
- Willingness to travel 30–60 minutes to job sites on a regular basis
- Must maintain a clean work site

What You'll Be Doing
Painting:
- Prep and protect surfaces (drop cloths, tape, masking)
- Patch holes, sand, and prime surfaces as needed
- Cut in edges and corners
- Roll and/or spray walls, trim, and ceilings
- Apply multiple coats as required for even coverage
- Clean up work area and remove all masking/protection
- Final walkthrough and touch-ups
Drywall:
- Measure, cut, and hang drywall sheets
- Screw/fasten panels securely to studs
- Tape seams and joints
- Apply joint compound (mud) in multiple coats
- Sand between coats for a smooth finish
- Texture matching (if applicable)
- Final inspection and prep for paint
