Position: Event Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Event Coordinator who will coordinate small group events, reservations, and guest communication while supporting event operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organized event execution, high guest satisfaction, and accurate reservation management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate small group events (40 or fewer guests)
Respond to inquiries and manage event communication
Host tours and assist guests with event planning
Book events, collect deposits, and finalize event details
Reserve lanes, tables, and activity packages
Confirm reservations and update event plans
Maintain reservation software and update offerings
Prepare event materials including BEOs and signage
Collect payments and follow up for feedback
Attending occasional community events and coordinating donations

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
High energy and outgoing personality
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Sharepoint

COMPENSATION

Salaried position ($44,000–$50,000/year)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, bend, stoop, and lift
Must be able to verbally communicate clearly with team members and the public
Must be able to sit for 6-8 hours a day
Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere
