Loan Originator – First Bridge Lending

Locations: Roseville, CA & Los Angeles, CA & San Jose, CA

About First Bridge Lending

First Bridge Lending is a direct private lender specializing in fast, flexible financing solutions for real estate investors, business owners, and borrowers who need creative lending options. We pride ourselves on quick closings, in-house underwriting, and the ability to structure loans that traditional lenders cannot.

Our loan products include We underwrite and fund short-term owner-occupied bridge loans, and business purpose loans for real estate investors. We are expanding our loan product offerings to additional states.

We are growing and looking for motivated Loan Originators to expand our presence in the Roseville and Los Angeles markets.

Position Summary

The Loan Originator will be responsible for developing new business relationships, originating loan opportunities, and guiding borrowers and brokers through the lending process. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

Source and develop new loan opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development
Build relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and agents
Analyze borrower scenarios and structure appropriate loan solutions
Present First Bridge Lending’s unique financing options to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal underwriting and processing teams
Maintain consistent pipeline activity
Represent First Bridge Lending at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

Active NMLS license
3+ Years of Origination Experience
Existing relationships with Borrowers and Mortgage Brokers
Tell the Truth
Property Appraisal and Valuation Experience – looking at and selecting sales comps
Experience in mortgage lending, private lending, real estate, or financial sales preferred
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Familiarity with investment real estate lending is a plus
