Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and support the day-to-day financial needs of a busy office. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling bookkeeping responsibilities independently.

Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Record and organize daily financial transactions
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices and assist with payment processing
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Maintain organized bookkeeping and financial documentation
Assist with general ledger and account records
Review financial information for accuracy
Assist with other bookkeeping and office-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping experience required
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a busy office environment
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
Good communication skills
