Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, and performing essential accounting tasks.

Duties:
- Conducting the nightly audit process to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Checking in late arrivals and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Responding to guest issues and resolving them promptly
- Balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions
- Generating reports for management review
- Ensuring the security of the premises during the night shift

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hotel environment, gain valuable experience in hospitality management, and contribute to ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout the night shift.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
