JOB SUMMARY: As a Syteline Developer at LogistiQ, you will be a part of our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Syteline Developer and will play a key role in enhancing and customizing our on-prem Infor SyteLine CSI ERP system. We are currently running SyteLine 10.
Remote with one week per month onsite at our Port Clinton, OH facility and/or Sandusky, OH facility (travel expenses paid).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
· SyteLine Development: Design, develop, and enhance ERP functionality by creating modules, forms, and customizations using C#, Visual Basic.NET, MSSQL, and the Infor Mongoose IDE.
· Factory Track Integration: Optimize and troubleshoot Factory Track workflows to support seamless manufacturing and warehouse execution processes.
· CPQ Configurator: Customize and support the CPQ Configurator to streamline product configurations and improve the customer experience.
· ERP Upgrade Support: Assist with the installation, testing, and customization of SyteLine 10 uplifts
· Data Integration & Migration: Manage data migration and integration projects, ensuring smooth interaction between SyteLine, Factory Track, CPQ Configurator, and other enterprise systems.
· API Development: Build and maintain APIs for connecting SyteLine with third-party systems and applications.
· Report Development: Design and deliver dynamic reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reports and Bartender to support decision-making.
· Performance Optimization: Perform SQL database tuning and application optimization to ensure reliability and scalability of the ERP system.
· Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve software issues, document solutions, and provide support to ERP end-users.
· Compliance & Documentation: Maintain high standards of data security and thorough technical documentation for all development work.
· Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.

TRAVEL DEMANDS:
· Hybrid role with travel expectations of 25% for one week per month onsite at our Port Clinton, OH facility and/or Sandusky, OH facility (travel expenses paid).
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRMENTS:
· Technical Proficiency:
o Strong knowledge of MSSQL, SSRS, C#, and VB.NET.
o Hands-on experience with the Infor Mongoose development environment.
o Debugging expertise for complex SQL queries.
· Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
· Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
· Experience with InforOS is a plus but not required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent professional experience.
· 10+ years of development experience in SyteLine CSI ERP.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is pleasant, temperature controlled, professional office environment in a manufacturing setting. The employee works in an office setting but does have frequent interaction with the shop floor. On the shop floor, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is mixed and the air temperature fluctuates with the seasonal weather.

Pay: $62,900.00 - $103,600.00 per year
