Full Job Description

Summary/Objective

The Escrow MI/FHA Specialist is responsible for payment of all insurance billings and accuracy of data
Essential Functions
Paying insurance bills (PMI, FHA, USDA)
Cancellations on MI for auto terminate or borrower request
A360 escrow reports
Following up on assignments given to employee by supervisor
Tracking expiration dates on insurance
Due Diligence on incoming transfers
Website reviews/updates/changes
Documenting customer accounts
Client communication
Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies
Cross Training within department

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Education and Experience

Basic Accounting
Proficient with Word, Excel, Internet, & PC
