Job Responsibilities:

Serve on the Leadership Team to help set the high-level goals and strategy for the company.
As a top leader you are expected to: Hire Lifters, Develop People, Support the House, Get Results, Work the Plan.
Identify new growth opportunities and meet aggressive growth goals.
Lead and Manage the Marketing Team
Prioritize for high impact.
Sustain and improve the systems and processes to achieve ever more efficiency
Create time/space for creative and innovative thought by the Marketing Team

Some Specifics:

Measure marketing success in ROI
Collaborate tightly with Sales and R&D
Conduct Monthly one-on-ones with reports
Attend weekly Leadership Team meetings
Clearly identify new and upgrading product needs
Develop a robust innovation funnel
Champion and improve our Stage-Gate process
Maximize Brand Gross Profit by analyzing brand value
Meet the Marketing budget
Create relationships and partnerships by being one of the faces of Sashco at trade and industry events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience on an executive leadership team.
Experience working in and around chemicals in a variety of chemistry applications.
10+ years of experience leading a Marketing team.
Experience in CPG marketing.

Bonus points for anyone with these qualifications:

Experience in the home improvement or building products industry
Fluency in Spanish
