Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $47.57 - $76.11 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Manages the daily operations of the department or assigned function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Leads physician and provider recruitment operations to support organizational growth and workforce strategies.
Develops and implements recruitment goals, standards, and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic vision.
Oversees full-cycle recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate experience, interview processes, offer management, and stakeholder engagement.
Provides leadership for staff performance, employee engagement, and team development while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Manages departmental operations, including budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, vendor partnerships, and recruitment technologies.
Evaluates and supports resource needs, systems, and process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Leads special projects, workforce analytics, and business initiatives that drive talent acquisition outcomes and support organizational objectives. Applies critical thinking and sound judgment within the scope of the role. Works independently in a fast-paced environment and takes appropriate action when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field.
5 years of relevant experience with full cycle experience preferred.
