Full Job Description

Summary

You excel at building lasting, meaningful relationships and thrive in dynamic, people-focused environments. Your enthusiasm for sales and closing deals is evident in every task you undertake. You efficiently manage a high volume of leads while consistently applying effective follow-up strategies. Your dedication to teamwork and collective achievement is unwavering.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling customer interactions via phone
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Fast learner with the ability to quickly master sales scripts
Energetic and cooperative team contributor
Holding a real estate license is a plus

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

Availability to tour houses with current King Group buyer clients during weekdays, afternoons, and evenings.
