Office Assistant – Come Keep Us Organized!

4 Seasons Landscaping | Kalispell, MT
Part-Time to Start | Opportunity to Grow Into Full-Time

We’re looking for an Office Assistant to join the team at 4 Seasons Landscaping, and if you’re the kind of person who loves staying busy, helping wherever you’re needed, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

This position will start part-time, with the hope for it to grow into a full-time role for the right person. This is a brand new role for us, opened

Our office supports a fast-moving landscaping company with crews in the field, projects happening all over the valley, clients calling, vendors stopping by, paperwork moving, schedules changing, and approximately 47 things happening at once.

We need someone who can jump into that environment and help keep the wheels turning.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with our Office Manager/Bookkeeper while occasionally supporting our Operations and Sales teams.

Your days may include:

Answering phones and directing calls
Greeting clients, vendors, and visitors
Assisting with general front desk duties
Running local errands and picking up supplies
Filing, scanning, organizing, and maintaining paperwork
Helping with data entry and basic administrative tasks
Assisting the Office Manager/Bookkeeper with day-to-day needs
Supporting our Operations and Sales teams with administrative tasks
Helping keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
Jumping in wherever an extra set of hands is needed

This is not a position where every day will look exactly the same. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and can see something that needs to be done and take care of it.
