Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring all food preparation and presentation meet high-quality standards.

Manage inventory levels, control food costs, and oversee food ordering to optimize resources and minimize waste.

Requirements

Proven experience with a strong background in food production.
Demonstrated supervising experience with a track record of managing teams as a kitchen leader.
Extensive knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary department standards, and kitchen management best practices.
Strong skills in inventory management, cost control, menu planning, and food handling within the food industry.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management, shift coordination, and fostering a hospitality-driven culture.
Hands-on experience with food service management, catering operations, and restaurant management is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
