Full Job Description

Job Overview

R&M Equipment Rentals is looking for a hard-working, team-oriented, professional to lead our Mt. Pleasant office who has the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. As our Office Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, purchasing coordination, customer service and facility management. This roll ensures efficient administrative operations while supporting Parts and Service divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all administrative functions
Supervise staff to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
Monitor office expenses
Maintain accurate records related to HR documentation and employee attendance
Manage facility operations, including maintenance of office equipment, systems, and building access (keys, security cards, etc.)
Assist with documentation related to parts ordering, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Verify and complete reports for Operations and Service departments
Support service tech scheduling, communication, and dispatch coordination
Ensure timely customer billing and work order closure
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax, including billing and invoicing questions

Quatifications & Requirements:

Strong leadership skills
Strong understanding of office administration processes, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Experience with standard office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions
High School Diploma required, some college preferred
