Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and organizational skills will create a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors, clients, and staff. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties.

Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies to support daily operations.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize office productivity.
Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and updating records with attention to detail.
Utilize technical proficiency in computer literacy and office management software to streamline administrative processes.

Experience

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette.
Prior clerical or administrative experience that includes calendar management, filing, proofreading, and supporting team members.
