Job Overview

Front desk receptionist with growth opportunities.

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk receptionist to join our fast paced medical weight loss clinic. This role is much more than answering the phones, it is an opportunity for the Right Person to potentially Grow into a Leadership position.

Duties

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service
Manage check out/check ins, answering the phone, responding to emails, patient flow, and filing charts
Schedule appointments and manage appointment books
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
Support clinical staff and management with daily operations
Assist or in charge of weekly and monthly inventory
Checking patients in, in a timely manner
Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
Assist with marketing efforts, promotions, and patient engagement
Engage in cross training for other areas, to step in wherever needed to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

Previous front desk, customer service, or health experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and phone/text platforms
Medical/Triage background and Sales is a plus!
