Join our dynamic culinary team as an Experienced Line Cook, where your passion for food and mastery of kitchen techniques will shine! Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pots, and food production appliances
Follow food safety sanitizing procedures rigorously to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
Assist in menu planning and recipe adherence to maintain the restaurant’s culinary standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients accurately
Support high-volume production needs during busy service hours while maintaining speed and quality
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals

Requirements

Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar food industry role, preferably with fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation
Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for culinary excellence and teamwork
