Full Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and audit Work Orders, Material Certs, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) for completeness and accuracy prior to customer shipment and digitize.
Manager, organize, and control QMS documentation including manuals, procedures, work instructions and specifications.
Verify compliance with AS9100, ISO standards, FAA requirements, ITAR regulations, and customer quality requirements as applicable.
Assist with internal and external audits by organizing evidence, compiling data, tracking findings to closure, and ensuring auditor radiness.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, supply Chain, and Program Management to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
Maintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality system enhancements.
Enforce workplace safety standards and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

Associate degree required in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or quality environment preferred.
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and product acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of AS9100 and/or ISO9001 standards and aerospace manufacturing environments required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work in a manufacturing and production exnvironment.
Visual acuity required for detailed inspection work.
