Full Job Description

At neonFROG, we believe every client has a unique story to tell. We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Coordinator to help bring those stories to life through engaging content and strategic digital marketing. This position works with a variety of businesses and organizations, so no two days are ever the same. If you enjoy writing, creating content, learning new industries, and working in a collaborative agency environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Research client industries, audiences, and current marketing trends.
Create engaging social media content, including written copy, graphics, photos, and short-form video.
Plan and schedule content across multiple social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to engagement across channels as appropriate.
Track performance metrics, report results, and provide recommendations.
Stay current on changes to social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
Assist with website updates, making sure content, design, and functionality align with client goals and brand standards.
Collaborate with designers, account managers, and clients to execute marketing campaigns.
Support email, advertising, and other marketing projects as needed.
Maintain brand consistency across all client communications.
Help brainstorm creative ideas that increase engagement and grow the client audience.

Qualifications

Experience managing social media for businesses or organizations.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Familiarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Basic knowledge of website content management systems such as WordPress is helpful.
An understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is preferred.
Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
