Responsibilities
- - - - Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
        Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
        Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
        Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
        Data entry and updating records in internal databases
        Assisting with the preparation of reports and correspondence
Qualifications

        Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role
